Submission send VDFP a data file so that our staff can manually import your incidents into the national NFIRS database. Reports are due on the 15th of every month for the month prior. Export all of your incidents from your system to a data file and then email the file to vfirsreports@vdfp.virginia.gov. After your file has been imported, you will receive a validation summary report back by email.
