NFIRS 5.0 Module ‘Emergency Medical Service - Patient’

Description: For departments that provide emergency medical services. Provides report data for all medical incidents where primary patient care is provided. Can be used in conjunction with ‘Civilian Fire Casualty Module’ and ‘Fire Service Casualty Module’.

This module is NOT optional it is NOT ‘department use’; meaning it’s contents are used by FEMA NFIRS reports.
