In the world of emergency services, we often focus on the actions we take: the fires we extinguish, the incidents we stabilize, and the scenes we secure. Note: Sharing photographs comes with a lot of risks to navigate - a lot, a whole course’s worth, so don’t do it without a lot of preparation and thought. Training your firefighters (who regularly carry phones with digital cameras in their pockets) on what is appropriate or inappropriate is important. That said, sharing of training and gatherings is illuminating & far less risky.
